I have had the honor of being trained under a high experienced certified nurse midwife and now we co teach BioMechanical Birth℠. BMB is a unique and interactive childbirth education class that Renee Hanevold, APRN, CNM has created with over 20 years of knowledge and experience as a hospital and homebirth based provider.
We believe birth is a normal and natural experience. We will teach you how to support the physiological birth process, how to navigate options and interventions, tools for each state of labor and most importantly we hope to ignite your instincts and intuition. You've got this Mama! You are already doing strong work!
